TASKS:
- Leading a development tribe to achieve tribe / development targets (tribe vision, tribe goals, quarterly plannings, quarterly time slices, budget reliability, quality purpose).
- Managing end-user / customer requirements together with the product management, own scrum teams and stakeholders.
- Owning the application backlog, prioritization with stakeholders, refinement of functional requirements and involvement of you development team for technical approaches, estimations and realization.
- Responsible for the customer satisfaction, communication / alignment between the teams, all tribe stakeholders, relevant committees, and supply chain.
- Servant leader for tribe and teams (capacity- and resource management, methods & tooling, conflict management, escalation at relevant committees).
- Prepare decision proposals for top management decisions on the project.
- Creating transparency, presentation of tribe progress and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE:
- Signification professional experience as Product Owner / Tribe Lead in software development.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or related field.
- Excellent analytical, structuring and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Business-fluent conversation in English (Czech is not required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining relationships across the organization.
- Additional knowledge you will have an opportunity to use (but we do not require): AWS, Programming Languages / Frameworks (Typescript, Angular, React, Python), UI/UX.
