Your tasks will be:

  • Lead and manage two teams at belonging to the division “Digitalization Delivery”: Engineering/Commissioning and Network Technology
  • Manage and develop the extension and integration of the teams into the international community
  • Assist the team in technical questions and strategic decisions
  • Ensure a flexible set of projects and tasks our teams can contribute
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop the strategy
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with all relevant counterparts
  • Collaborate with external partners and developing on-going strategies
  • Provide resource and team planning together with Resource Responsible
  • Recruitment of new talents and specialists
  • Quality and safety assurance of the Operations Console
  • Represent Konplan, and contact to universities
  • Contribute, if possible, to the team’s projects


Your profile:

  • Experience: or good understanding of Network Technology knowledge (router, switches, VPN, layouts)
  • Experience in stakeholder management and relations to customers
  • Required skills: Organizational, communication skills, structured way of work and strong in problem solving
  • Project management knowledge
  • Languages: Excellent written and spoken English (C1 Level)
  • Education: University degree with focus on Industrial Engineering/Electrical Engineering or a comparable field
  • Location: Pilsen with regular business trips to Regensburg/Neutraubling
