We are looking for a Claims Administrative Assistant who enjoys working with people as much as with details - someone who is comfortable communicating in English on a daily basis and feels confident supporting clients over the phone and email while keeping things organized behind the scenes.

What will be your role?
- Be the first point of contact for our customers and partners (mainly over the phone / email), supporting them throughout the claim reporting and handling process
- Guide clients through the initial stage of a claim - gathering information, explaining next steps, and ensuring everything is correctly set up in our system
- Manage and update claim records, making sure all data and documents are complete, accurate, and ready for further assessment
- Support the overall claims handling process to ensure smooth and timely resolution
- Communicate with policyholders, repairers, and other partners to move claims forward and keep all parties informed
- Take ownership of administrative tasks, follow-ups, and diary actions to ensure claims are processed efficiently and without delays
